The in-mould technology is a valid alternative to painting, allowing the in-tool moulding of a wide range of materials, such as:
- technical films pre-printed or digitally customized
- laminated materials, vinyl or polyolefin based
- textiles of various kinds: yarned, TNT, etc..
- thermoplastic layers (ABS, PP, etc.).
- leather
- wood (even for 3D shapes)
- sheet metals (aluminum, steel, etc.)
This technology allows you to obtain a nearly infinite range of aesthetic solutions, building a product of great lightness and structurality, since this technology is also applicable to Baydur technology. The same tool, at extremely limited costs, allows the possibility of variate indefinitely the covering system, simply by varying the in-moulded material. For some of the previous finishing solutions are even obtainable extremely critical geometries, including difficult 3D shapes, undercuts, wrappings and so on.
